Collins Kibet

Collins is a results-oriented and people focused professional with experience in Advocacy, Strategic communication, SRHR project implementation and engagement with policy makers. He has been a youth champion for Together for Girls Organization, Every Hour Matters program and acted as an Advisory member in developing the Youth Toolkit on post-rape service care. He is also a young leader for Women Deliver and a member of the International Youth Alliance for Family Planning (IYAFP).

He currently works with a community based organization called Socially Organized Educative Team (SOET) operating in Bungoma County where they equip youth with accurate information on Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights. He participated in the Kenya Red Cross drought response initiative towards raising funds and food for Tukana in 2011 and successfully supported the anti-jigger campaign at Kipchira and Kaptola where he attended to more than 500 people affected with jiggers.
